The founder and principal of the firm is Mark B. Frost, who has over forty years of litigation experience. In his career, Mr. Frost has served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps in South East Asia during the Vietnam conflict. He has litigated single plaintif and multi plaintiff employment cases, civil rights and constitutional law cases, personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He has successfully represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals.
