The issues we handle in our civil rights law practice include false arrest and false imprisonment, police excessive use of force, due process and equal protection, freedom of speech and freedom of religion. The founder and principal of the firm is Mark B. Frost, who has over forty years of litigation experience. In his career, Mr. Frost has served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps in South East Asia during the Vietnam conflict. He has litigated single plaintif and multi plaintiff employment cases, civil rights and constitutional law cases, personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He has successfully represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Mr. Frost has had a number of million dollar verdicts as well as settled numerous cases for clients resulting in successful and ample rewards. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and sound judgment to every case.
